Before you ask, yes there is an ulterior motive for this questionnaire. *coughMiniConGameShowcough* Answer the questions and discuss your answers to your heart's content.
Remember: you don't have to agree with each other, but be nice.
1. What was the first game system that you owned? 2. What style of game is your favorite? (first person shooter, RPG, fighting, side scrolling shooter, platformer, curtain fighter, etc) 3. What is your current favorite game? 4. What games hold a warm fuzzy spot in your heart? 5. What is your favorite old school game? 6. What game had the most memorable music?

1. Nintendo 64, unless you count those old Tiger LCD games.
2. I like 3D platformers a la Super Mario 64 the best.
3. Don't truly have a favorite, though Blast Corps for N64 is one of my top
4. Oh boy! All the classics that my friends and I used to play. Mainly the greats of the 16-bit era, with some of the 8-bit era in there as well. The Shinobi series, the Super Mario games, the old 2-D Sonic games, Vectorman, Final Fantasy 4,Zelda, Yoshi's Island... you get the picture. Also games like Starfox 64, Mischief Makers, Jet Force Gemini...
5. Again, I don't really have a favorite old-school game, but games like Shinobi 3: Return of the Ninja Master, Yoshi's Island, Vectorman, Donkey Kong, Comix Zone, Shadow Dancer: The Secret of Shinobi are among my favs.
6. Oh boy, is this a hard one. I suppose that it is a tie between Blast Corps, Mischief Makers, or perhaps Donkey Kong for the original Game Boy.
Man, now I wanna bust out some of the old classics! BRB, SEGA Time.

1. NES. I think. It was fraking forever ago. If PC counts then PC. I was running DOS floppy games before I learned to read. 2. RTS, RPG, and FPS. 3. Assassin's Creed for having an awesome story, unique presentation, and a badass character with a strong dynamic arc. 4. The Legacy of Kain series. Command and Conquer. Warcraft II. An obscure Jurassic Park game called Chaos Island. 5. Sonic the Hedgehog. 6. Halo. I'm humming the theme song write now.

1 - Nintendo 64 2 - Survival horror 3 - Fallout New Vegas 4 - Resident Evil 0 - Bought it weeks before I had my gamecube. 5 - Sonic the Hedgehog 6 - Fallout 3 had some catchy music. Trusty Bell/Eternal Sonata had beautiful music, but it was a music themed RPG, so... kinda doesn't count.

1. What was the first game system that you owned? NES. 2. What style of game is your favorite? RPG, though several fighters bring that style of gameplay into a close second. 3. What is your current favorite game? Oh that's just evil asking a question like that. If I had to pick one I'd have to say "currently on the market" I'd go with Zelda: Ocarina of Time on the 3DS. Total cop out, I know. 4. What games hold a warm fuzzy spot in your heart? Ghosts 'n' Goblins for the original NES. That fuzzy spot: Unresolved Rage. 5. What is your favorite old school game? Is Starcraft 1 old school? if not, Mario RPG. 6. What game had the most memorable music? Zelda: Ocarina of Time
