30th Annual International Festival 2008
Time: 11:00 AM
Location: Downtown Plaza
International Festival is a cultural celebration sponsored by AS Multicultural Affairs Council. There will be food, music, dance and cultural art available for your enjoyment and enlightenment. This event is free and open to the community. If you are in a student organization and would like to participate by selling food or cultural items for International Festival, please complete an application and submit your deposit as early as possible; spaces are reserved on a first come, first served basis.

ONLY A DEPOSIT AND APPLICATION GUARANTEES PARTICIPATION IN INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL 2008.
Student Organizations participating in International Festival are required to make a $25 deposit no later than April 11, 2008. Outside Vendors participating in International Festival are required to make a $75 deposit no later than April 11, 2008.
Please bring deposits to BMU 203, Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm

**By agreeing to this document, your organization and its members understand and agree to abide by the following, or face forfeiture of deposit, and potential loss of a booth.**

International Festival Guidelines
All foods prepared by your organization must be made and stored in a facility provided by AS Food Service, or made in a restaurant kitchen and stored in a sub-zero refrigerator.
Your organization is NOT allowed to use any ingredients or utensils belonging to AS Food Service. The only items you will have access to are the cooking equipment and cold storage.
Your organization will have access to AS Food Service for a specified period of time on the evening before the event and the morning of the event. ANY group that goes beyond their allotted period of time will forfeit their deposit and potentially lose kitchen privileges for next year's International Festival.
Set up begins at 8am. Failure to show up on time may result in your spot being compromised. Tear down must be completed no later than 6pm. Failure to comply may result in being unable to participate in next year's International Festival
Please take the above mentioned guidelines seriously.
The rules are mandated by health regulations and therefore must be followed. Organizations that fail to follow the rules may be prohibited from participating in next year's International Festival.
